We are committed to improving student health and wellness, as our top priority. Our goal is to introduce and deepen evidence-based approaches.

Mental and emotional concerns affect how students learn, think, behave and act. We currently face unprecedented challenges and must take immediate actions to care for our students at risk, while creating opportunities to improve their well-being in the longer term.

Holistic Health initiatives are focused on ensuring that our students are thriving, enthusiastically pursuing a positive learning and life path, developing excellent daily habits, relating well to others, and making responsible life choices.

The Foundation supports six key areas:

-Emotional Wellbeing: Counseling and stress management tools

-Nutrition: Locally sourced fresh breakfast, lunch and snacks

-Fitness: Daily strength training, cardio exercise, sleep and stretching

-Connectedness: Relationships, kindness, empathy and community

-Service: Projects driven by conscience, compassion and concern

-Joy: Students develop a hopeful positive mindset and build talents
